How Credits Works?

This credit charging scheme involves various actions or features associated with using a verification service, with each action incurring a specific credit cost:

OTP Service

  • This module operates very simply. Each OTP message sent incurs a charge of 1 credit.

Authentication Service (OTP Less)

  • Sending each message to your customer incurs a charge of 1 credit.

  • When our system webhook notifies your endpoint about a change in validation status, it costs 1 credit.

  • If you choose to change or update the QR code details, it will cost 2 credit. Typically, QR code details remain unchanged over time, making this a one-time process unless content updates are required.
